Friday night, done with our introductory banquet.  Tomorrow morning is the start of the official 2016 Motorcycle Cannonball.  The last couple of days have been spent meeting other riders and support staff.  Kevin has been making sure his own bike is ready. He did a practice run this morning which helped him get use to using a roll chart map while maneuvering traffic!

I have meet some amazing people already and know there are more yet to meet!  Of course the bike stories are interesting (after all it is a bike thing!). But as you know, I love the behind the bike stories and it is amazing the hurdles people overcome to do this.  

We have given our kazoos out to a number of people in exchange for a signature on Kevin's silk scarf.  We have had a some people come up and say " are you the kazoo group?" followed by a request to give to their grandchildren!

Tomorrow as all the bikes line-up to start it should be a spectacular sight that I plan to share.  The only bummer, we as the support team get to travel the same painful interstate route Kevin and I just travelled!  ,
