Good morning! We are three days into our trip now.  Yep, also three days behind with this already but not too exciting yet.  Let me give you a quick catch up.

We got a late start out of Fort Calhoun Sunday, 7:45pm!  We decided to push through the night.  We ate breakfast at Stivers in Chelsea, Michigan.  It was full of locals, so you know it must be good.  There was familiar banting and teasing between staff and costumers and a cook who seemed to make changes to an order as he deemed necessary!  Kevin ordered the special ham and cheese omelet and got sausage instead of the ham in his omelet while the person next to us had a similar thing.  Thankful the food and coffee were good and the waitress plesanr.

Our destination for the area was Dearborn for The Henry Ford.  It is a total museum/history experience!  We got there shortly after 9am and left about 2:30, and that was just the museum!  They have a village, factory, and theater you can visit as well. If you ever get to the area I highly recommend it!
Yep, thank those awful bicycles for the start of better roads"

"What the Sam Hill?"

Ford made airplanes for just a bit.
Now that's a big tractor!

We made a short three hour but very sleepy drive to Cleveland for the night.  All it took was a hot shower and soft bed to complete our day at only 6:00!!

Refreshed after a twelve hour sleep, we brave the morning rush hour traffic.  It only took us an hour! Forgot to take the first selfie when we left so what else is there to do while sitting in traffic?  Don't worry, I made sure we were stopped and Kevin was still a safe driver.

Traveling in the motovan

And some Snapchat fun!

It is a short road in Pennsylvania but long enough for us to meet one of their fine officers!  We think he was just curious what we had in the motovan.  He was most pleasant and a good sport to allow me to get a photo!  Best of all- just a verbal warning and well wishes for a safe trip.

One of Pennsylvania's finest
